1. Service Description

Mojitap provides a searchable emoji browser, a browser-based text tool that suggests emojis using curated keyword and context rules, and educational articles about emoji use and digital communication. The service is provided for general informational and editing purposes.

Mojitap is not a legal, medical, financial, regulatory, accessibility-certification, advertising, or professional-compliance service. The tool does not guarantee the meaning, appropriateness, compatibility, performance, or outcome of any emoji or edited text.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all text and emoji suggestions before using, publishing, or sending them. Context can change across people, cultures, devices, operating systems, apps, workplaces, and regulated industries. Important information should remain clear in words rather than depending on an emoji alone.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the site and any resulting text complies with applicable laws, contracts, platform rules, workplace policies, and professional requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Mojitap to:

• send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unsolicited mass messages;
• impersonate another person or organization, or falsely imply endorsement or affiliation;
• create malicious traffic, scrape the service at a disruptive rate, bypass security controls, or interfere with site operation;
• distribute malware, phishing content, fraudulent offers, or content that violates another person's rights;
• use the tool as a substitute for qualified professional review in a high-risk context.

4. Text Entered into the Emoji Tool

The main emoji editor processes text through JavaScript in the browser. Mojitap does not claim ownership of the text you enter or the ordinary text you produce after adding emojis. You should not enter material that you are not authorized to use or disclose.

Other parts of the site use third-party services, including analytics, advertising, security, hosting, and the contact form. Their data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No Performance or Accuracy Guarantee

Mojitap makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful tools and accurate articles, but suggestions can be incomplete, unsuitable, outdated, or interpreted differently. The site does not guarantee increased engagement, click-through rates, conversions, rankings, revenue, audience growth, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, or any other result.

6. Availability and Changes

Mojitap may add, change, limit, or remove features and content. The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security work, software changes, or events outside the operator's control. There is no promise that every feature or emoji will work on every device or platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mojitap name, original site design, logo, original written content, and original source code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Standard emoji characters are part of the Unicode ecosystem, while platform-specific emoji artwork may belong to the platform that created it.

You may quote short portions of Mojitap articles with clear attribution and a link to the source page. You may not copy, republish, sell, or systematically reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Articles may link to official documentation and other external resources. Mojitap does not control those sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, or privacy practices. A link is provided for reference and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
